Introduction
黄虎,博士毕业于中国科学技术大学网络空间安全专业,现任中国科学技术大学网络空间安全学院副研究员,广东省公共服务供给重点实验室执行主任,并担任中国中文信息学会社会媒体处理专委会委员等学术兼职。曾担任纵横集团总裁、中电科智慧城市建模仿真与智能技术重点实验室副主任等职务。长期从事认知计算与社会智能领域的科研与产业转化工作。其中:以责任作者在国内外顶级期刊或会议上发表论文20余篇,包括 IJCAI、AAAI、ACM MM、IEEE-TCSS、IEEE-TVT、ACM-TIST、ACM-TLLIP、KBS 等;近5年申请人以项目或课题(任务)负责人,承担科技部重点研发计划项目3项,所形成研究成果多次在中宣部、国家卫健委、中央网信办等国家部委部署应用;在疫情期间,因大数据智能建模与演化预测工作,曾获得2020 年度深圳市先进集体(R1)、2020年度全国抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进集体(主要成员)等国家、省市表彰。在产业界工作期间,主导研发的数据智能产品已累积合同额超5亿元。
Dr. Hu Huang is an Associate Researcher at the School of Cyber Science and Technology, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), where he earned his Ph.D. in School of Cyber Science and Technology. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Intelligent Computing for Public Service Supply and holds academic appointments including Committee Member of the Social Media Processing Committee at the Chinese Information Processing Society of China. With extensive cross-sector experience, Dr. Huang previously held executive roles as President of Zongheng Group and Deputy Director of the Smart City Modeling & Intelligent Technology Key Laboratory at China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC). His research focuses on cognitive computing and social intelligence, bridging academic innovation with industrial applications. As corresponding author, he has published over 20 papers in premier venues including IJCAI, AAAI, ACM MM, IEEE-TCSS, and ACM-TIST. Over the past five years, he has led three National Key R&D Programs under China’s Ministry of Science and Technology, with implemented outcomes adopted by national agencies including the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and the National Health Commission. His COVID-19 predictive modeling work earned team honors including Shenzhen’s 2020 Outstanding Collective Award (Rank 1) and the National Advanced Group in Pandemic Prevention (as key contributor). In industry practice, Dr. Huang has directed the development of data intelligence solutions generating cumulative contract values exceeding 500 million CNY. His work continues to advance intelligent decision-making systems for government and enterprise applications.
